Mashabrum Hotel Skardu Baltistan

HOTEL DESCRIPTION: Named after the famous Karakoram Peak “Mashabrum” the hotel is located at the entrance of Skardu, the capital city of Baltistan. It is the leading hotel in Baltistan having 66 numbers of Guest Rooms with open area of 6 acres on the right bank of striking Hargisa stream. The hotel represents a modern oasis of comfort and magnificence, with all modern amenities; it also excels in unique traditional warmth and hospitality of Balti culture. Rent-a-car / jeep facility is available round the clock with experienced drivers and guides.

Skardu is reachable by air through PIA Boeing 737 from Islamabad. It is only 45 minutes flights; offering fascinating views of highest mountain ranges in the world that is The Himalayas, The Karakoram and The Hindukush. By road, it is a journey of 20 hours from Rawalpindi. Mashabrum Tours offers 4 daily services of air condition couches and buses at Pirwadahi for Skardu. On the way to Skardu one witnesses natural beauty throughout the journey on the silk route / Karakoram Highway, the 8th wonder of the world. Special road packages will be arranged with night stop at Bisham or Chilas on demand.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION: Each of the guest room in hotel is large and has an attached balcony of 4’ x 14’ in size, from where one can glance over the beautiful Hargisa Stream, Mountains with snow covered peaks, Glaciers, Kharpocho Fort and the city as well as ancient villages.

HOTEL FACILITIES: The restaurant offers luxurious Chinese, Continental, Pakistani and local cuisines both buffet and a-la-carte. Our hospitality is not limited to the stay and dines. A hike or sightseeing can also be arranged.
Facilities for Bar-B-Que with bonfire and live local music are available on demand. The hotel offers a large hall for big ceremonies. It can accommodate more than 250 participants.
